A light argon Carrier, based on the Cerberus design.

This Hotkey controlls severals ship upgrades at the same time and extends some functions.
The TDSCR checks if the requiered Police license for your current sector is available, so you cant use the Cargoscanner by accident. It also checks if the target ship already got a pilot and blocks beaming (you really dont want to know what happend the first time we used it) Another function is, that it switchs from Docking to Beaming if your target carriers dockingbays are full.
In addition to that, the TDSCR makes it possible to collect Warecontainers, Satellites and Lasetowers with the Transporter Device.
(Scantimes are based on the size of the targets cargobay/size of the asteroid)

Supports: Transporter Device, Dockingcomputer, System Override Software, Mineral- and Cargoscanner.

This allows you to preset a ships Jumpddrive, even if its not installed. You can set a Homebase for Bigships and higher resupply numbers of Jumpenergy and M7M/M8 Missiles then 160.
TLs get the option to load up stations. (Except Mines/Complexes)
